Composite aluminum silicon carbide brick
The composite aluminum carbide brick is directly composed of light and heavy materials, which is divided into two parts: the working layer and the thermal insulation layer. The junction is wavy serrated.
The working layer is made of aluminum carbide bricks, and the thermal insulation layer is made of light mullite bricks. While ensuring high strength, the shrinkage and expansion rates during high-temperature sintering are close to those of the working layer. The main feature of this product is its low thermal conductivity. The user has verified that the temperature of the barrel can be reduced by about 30 ℃, and the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction is very obvious.
